WOD: Challenge Your Endurance and Power with American Woman WOD


Are you looking for a workout that will challenge your endurance and power? Look no further than AMERICAN WOMAN, our Workout of the Day at the Academy of Self Defense. Led by Coach Serra, this high-intensity AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) routine will test your strength, endurance, and power.

The workout starts off with a series of power kicks that will get your heart pumping and your legs moving. This will be followed by a series of kettlebell exercises that will work your full body and improve your overall strength.

Next, you will perform a series of exercises that will target your upper body and improve your posture. Followed by a series of battle rope exercises that will work your arms, shoulders and core.

The fifth exercise, is a full-body movement that will challenge your power and core strength. The final exercise is a series of exercises that will work on your balance, stability and lower body strength.

This challenging WOD will push you to your limits, but the sense of accomplishment you’ll feel after completing it will be worth it.
