WOD: Overworked – Academy of Self Defense

The workout starts off with Ground & Pound/RH Kicks, an exercise that will work your upper body, legs and improve your overall strength and power. It’s followed by Breath Ups/Sprawls, an exercise that will target your core and improve your overall strength and power. Next, you’ll perform Push Ups/Planks, an exercise that will target your chest, triceps and core and improve your overall strength.

After that, you’ll move on to Alt. Leg Lunges/Squat Hold, an exercise that will work your legs and improve your overall strength. Following that, you’ll perform Power Punches/Skip Knees, an exercise that will work your full body and improve your overall power.

Then you’ll do Crunches/Side Crunches, an exercise that will work your abs and improve your overall strength, followed by Mt. Climber Arms/Mt. Climber legs, an exercise that will target your core and improve your overall strength.

Finally, you’ll finish off with Bicycles/Situps, an exercise that will test your cardiovascular endurance and overall power.
